Your schedule is completely up to you and dependent on your needs. Arrive on time and sign in and out to obtain your required hours. We offer classes 2-3 times every day except Sunday, to whoever shows up first. The lab at the school consists of a mock bar that is one in a million! It is a real working bar, because we at National Bartending School know that students need to practice in the real thing in order to become great bartenders! It has sinks, mock alcohol, ice machines, etc. When the lecture is finished, students have an additional hour of practical time in the mock bar to practice what they have just learned. In the lecture portion, the instructor explains and demonstrates the required knowledge found in the chapter, including drink mixing, pouring, and measuring. Each class is divided into one hour of lecture and one hour of practical instruction. With this certification, you are licensed to bartend in all 50 states.īartending school is made up of ten chapters. Students obtain certification in bartending through the United States of America after successful completion of both tests. The test contains a written and practical component.
